Do you accept cards from foreign banks?
Direct card payment on our site goes live once we finalize the Halyk Bank acquirer setup — the merchant approval is in the closing stages. Until then we coordinate payment via WhatsApp or accept a transfer through Kaspi.
You can also book via Booking.com or Airbnb — your card is entered on their secured page; we never see card data.

Can I cancel my booking?
Two rates apply to direct bookings.
Flexible. The first night is paid at booking. Free cancellation is available no later than 24 hours before check-in. After that deadline, or in case of no-show, the first night is non-refundable.
Non-refundable. 10% off the stay total. Full payment is charged at booking and is not refunded on cancellation or date changes.

For bookings via Booking.com or Airbnb, the cancellation terms selected on the listing page apply. Please review them before confirming the reservation.

Is there a discount for long stays?
Yes. From 7 nights, 5% off; from 28 nights, 10% off. On Booking.com and Airbnb the discount is applied automatically when booking for the corresponding number of nights.
Stays longer than 28 nights are formalized via a separate lease agreement — message us on WhatsApp.

What's included in the booking price?
Everything needed for your stay is included: Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and appliances, bed linen and towels, a starter set of toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper), hair dryer, iron, washing machine with detergent. Final cleaning by our team is included — from you at check-out we expect basic tidiness (trash, dishes); see the house rules for details.
Parking is in public lots near the building under CCTV.
If needed, extra cleaning during your stay is charged separately. The price depends on the apartment size — approximately 5,000 KZT for a standard cleaning with linen change. Arranged on request.

Can I bring children and pets?
Children — yes, we welcome guests with children. We don't provide a cot. Children under 3 are not counted toward the apartment's maximum guest number.
Pets — by prior arrangement and with an increased deposit. Message us before booking so we can discuss the details: species and size, length of stay, deposit amount. Without prior arrangement, check-in with pets is not allowed.

How does check-in work, and can I check in early?
Check-in is contactless. After full payment and booking confirmation, we send the address, instructions for entering the building, and the smart-lock code for the apartment. Check-in is possible any time after 14:00, including overnight.
Standard check-in is 14:00, check-out by 12:00. Free early check-in is available if the apartment is free in the morning. This depends on the schedule and is not guaranteed in advance. Please confirm a day before arrival.
If early check-in is critical (e.g., a morning flight), the only way to guarantee it is to book the previous night.
Late check-out is offered as a paid service — message us to arrange the cost.
We don't organize airport transfers. The easiest way is to call a car via inDrive or Yandex Go; a ride to the right bank typically costs 2,500–4,500 KZT. Taxis from the airport parking without an app are more expensive.
We don't offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. Lockers are available at the airport arrivals zone and at the Nurly Zhol railway station.

Registration for foreign guests
Most of our guests don't need registration: for stays in Kazakhstan up to 30 days (inclusive) from the entry date, it's not required. This applies to citizens of Russia, other EAEU states, and most visa-free countries.
If you plan to stay longer than 30 days, registration is mandatory. From July 1, 2026 it will be processed online through the Ministry of Internal Affairs information system; before that date — through host-party notification.
If your stay will exceed 30 days, message us in advance — we'll help with the current procedure and confirm you with us as the host party. The only document needed is your passport.
Migration rules in Kazakhstan change periodically. Up-to-date information is available at egov.kz or from the migration police.

Is there a deposit and how is it returned?
Yes. The deposit equals the cost of one night.
It's charged using the same method as the booking payment, regardless of the channel (direct, Booking.com, Airbnb).
The deposit is fully refundable. We return it within 24 hours after check-out if the apartment was left in proper condition and there are no claims.
If our cleaning team finds damage, stains, foreign smells, missing items, or the need for cleaning beyond standard — the remediation cost is withheld from the deposit. You will receive a report with photo documentation and supporting documents within 24 hours after check-out.
If the damage exceeds the deposit, the difference is compensated separately. The detailed retention and compensation procedure is in the house rules, sections 6 and 8.

What are the house rules?
A few key rules so every guest is comfortable:
- No smoking in the apartment or on the balcony, including e-cigarettes, vapes, IQOS, and hookahs
- No parties or noisy events
- Quiet hours after 22:00 — required by Kazakhstan law
- Guest count doesn't exceed what's listed for the apartment; extra guests only by prior arrangement
- Pets only by prior agreement

Who do I contact during my stay?
If something breaks, runs out, or you have a question — message us on WhatsApp at +7 776 131 17 17 or +7 775 807 44 51. We try to respond promptly.
On request, we issue a payment receipt, a service-completion act, and an invoice for legal entities. Send us the requisites at booking or right after payment.
